An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to curb prevailed corruption in the department of civil supply, government of Uttar Pradesh.
Details for registration number : GOVUP/E/2020/14407 Name Of Complainant-Yogi M. P. Singh Date of Receipt-27/05/2020 Detail is attached.
Applicant is raising objection regarding the bogus redress of aforementioned grievance.
1-Attached report in PDF form is illegible.
2-Matter is a complaint regarding arbitrariness and irregularity of the staffs of the department of civil supplies.
3-I have made complaint why name of Arun Pratap Singh was cancelled.
4-Why B.P.L. card of Sadhana Singh was arbitrarily cancelled and after six months compensated with the ration card under national food security scheme and two months later name of husband Arun Pratap Singh cancelled on the false ground of the partition in the family.
5-How have you reached on this conclusion that both wife and husband are partitioned from each other.

अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित उक्त प्रकरण की जांच पूर्ति निरीक्षक द्वारा करायी गयी पूर्ति निरीक्षक की जांच आख्या अनुसार शिकायतकर्ता श्री योगी एम पी सिंह द्वारा राशनकार्ड में यूनिट बढ़ाये जाने की की मांग की गयी है उक्त के संबंध में अवगत कराना है कि शिकायतकर्ता को अवगत करा दिया गया है कि राशनकार्ड संख्या 219940805151 जो श्रीमती साधना सिंह पत्नी अरूण प्रताप सिंह के राशनकार्ड में दिनांक 16.09.2020 को ही दर्ज हो गया था जिसकी जानकारी शिकायतकर्ता को दूरभाष के माध्यम से भी दिया गया था एम आई एस की छायाप्रति संलग्न है आख्या सेवा में सादर प्रेषित

Here this question arises that when there was no separation between husband and wife then who submitted the ridiculous report of partition on the jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh and public grievance portal of the government of India. When there is no fault why because of corruption in the government machinery in that particular department, ration card of the Sadhana Singh was cancelled arbitrarily and latter name of the husband was deleted. Undoubtedly the matter concerned the deep rooted corruption but concerned only rectified the ration card instead of taking solid and strong action against the wrongdoers in the department.
