Today I made repeated attempts to submit online R.T.I. Application but failed because of cryptic style of functioning of the central RTI portal.

In the name of Gujarat Model of development, parliamentary elections are won by the ruling party quite obvious from the last two campaigns.
The Lokayukta Office has come in existence in the State since July 1988. It had started its functioning at Town Hall Annexe, Sector -17 , Gandhinagar as it did not have its own building. Subsequently, the present 'Lokayukta Bhavan' was built exclusively for this Office and the office started its functioning here from 19th November 2002.
The applicant seeks the following point wise information from the public information officer in the prime minister office.
Which means people of state were deprived of anti-corruption ombudsman as quite obvious from the following fact
Uttar Pradesh Lokayukta and Uplokayukta is an anti-corruption ombudsman in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The position of the Lokayukta was established under the Lokayukta Act of 1975.
People of Gujarat are 13 years backward in accomplishing the anti-corruption ombudsman comparing to Uttar Pradesh.
Following is the sequence of the appointment of anti-corruption ombudsman in the state of Gujarat.
Justice D.H.Shukla26.7.1988 - 25.7.1993

Justice I.C.BHATT10.11.1993 - 9.11.1998

Justice S.M.SONI25.11.1998 - 24.11.2003

Justice D.P.BUCH11.12.2013 - 10.12.2018

There is gap of 10 years from 2003 to 2013 in the appointment of the anti-corruption ombudsman in the government of Gujarat and at that the chief minister of the Gujarat was so honest that he preferred to avoid the scrutiny of working of his ministers and corrupt bureaucrats in the hand of anti-corruption ombudsman by not appointing Lokayukt in the state of Gujarat.
Who is the ongoing Lokayukt /anti-corruption ombudsman could not trace through internet navigation?
Whether to safeguard individual interests or particular outfit interests, public/national interests can be overlooked?
Most of the states of government of India have provided online facility to its citizenry including government of Uttar Pradesh but Gujarat model of development remained fail to provide R.T.I. online facility to its citizenry and Indian citizens of other states.
Being a social worker I have submitted numerous online applications but in these days every application is being rejected by the portal because its corrupt settings by the corrupt staffs of the government so please direct your office staffs to rectify the problems of the common people. Also provide this information in public interest.
1-My communication dated 14 Aug 2021 has been registered with registration number 476032 quite obvious from the automatic email sent by PMOPG attached to this R.T.I. Application.
Please provide the status of the grievance as aforementioned as soon as possible as well as action taken report if not taken any further action, then provide reason.
2-Since the corruption is rampant and Gujarat is not lodging F.I.R. of the women and girls, quite obvious from the attached documents.
Please provide the circulars issued by the PMO to safeguard the rights of vulnerable section, specially women and girls.
Sir Gujarat is not being governed by rule of law but complete anarchy and lawlessness quite obvious from the following applications not attended by the concerned staffs in order to provide justice to the aggrieved woman suffering from ill-treatment because of her drunkard husband.

Sir status of the following grievance is not available on the link given in the automatic email. It is too much regretting that applications submitted on the PMOPG are not being processed in the transparent and accountable manner by the PMO staffs.

Sir we do not need Gujarat Model of development because it will snatch from us our Lokayukt /anti-corruption ombudsman and R.T.I. facilities available at present. At least we can raise our voice against oppression and arbitrary action by corrupt public staffs. We do not need such development, which may deprive of our constitutional rights and bring us towards slavery of a particular outfit/ elite class. Please grant us social justice.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you, Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.

Date-15/08/2021           Yours sincerely

  1. Who will win still a mystery?
Amitabh Thakur, ex-IPS Officer Who Was Forced to Retire, to Contest Against Yogi Adityanath.
Uttar Pradesh state elections next year will be a big political battle. The BJP will look to regain power in India’s most populous state. The contest will be exciting with Samajwadi Party, Bahujan Samaj Party and Congress being key players. While the polls are still some time away, the plot is almost ready. On Saturday, former Uttar Pradesh cadre IPS officer Amitabh Thakur announced that he will contest against Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in the UP assembly elections.
