Grievance Description
Flipkart online order ID OD122537187262581000 and OD122537151497934000. The above orders are for the printer cartridges which were cancelled without delivery to me by flipkart, its seller and its courier services on 9th august 2021. They cancelled this order without my concern but updated it in online track status that I have not paid the cash and customer rejection. Finally my service to the village people got interrupted and i faced the loss in this fake tracking status of seems to be delivered. I don't know what's wrong with them for not coming to village and deliver the parcel on time. Instead Flipkart saying rubbish reasons and wrong statements in the reason option for non delivery. Nobody came for delivery but cancelled it to disturb my office works and it is now reflecting on my prints and copies with low quality since I don't have cartridges to continue my work. I am running out of ink and working with exhausted cartridges.
Already my complaints on amazon is pending with this department for not taking the return product and refunding the amount to my credit card around rs.28000/-. Now Flipkart is also providing unsatisfied and fake services.

I have ordered a product on flipkart after credit card forgery by Amazon.in and the cash on delivery option is not available with amazon also for the customers. There are two complaints on refund of my money to SBI credit card pending with amazon.in. Therefore I chose flipkart for cartridge orders. The flipkart and courier company together are updating wrong information in tracking status like customer rejects the order, Cash not paid etc. But they have not come to village for delivery but updating wrong information always is give for your perusal.
