Case description is as follows.
Date of criminal incident took place-27 Aug 2021, Time of crime committed by the offenders-9:20 in the night.Place where crime took place-Address as aforementioned and site quite obvious from the attached photographs.
Assaulters sieged the victim with sticks in their hand caused light injuries to the victim, but the grace of God somehow victim managed to escape and now secure under constant threat to kill of offenders ipso facto.
Short submissions are as follows.
1-This is the fifth successive attack by offenders.
2-They have furnished the bond under section 107/116 of the Cr.P.C.
3-Undoubtedly they committed serious offences earlier but Jigana police only diluted those cases in cryptic manner which only promoted the offenders.
4-Oneday offenders will kill the victim and kith and kins of victim will become orphan and jigana police will put the carpet on the entire matter through its concocted stories. While of the apathy of the Jigana police is the root cause of entire criminal activities of the offenders.
