1-Copy of Treasury Challan made in the four cases by erring public information officers to comply the order passed by Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission.
2-Name of the PIO, still not paid the imposed penalty with detail of cause, not complying order of the Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission.
3-Reason of failure of D. M. Mirzapur in ensuring compliance of Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission orders attached to R.T.I. communiqué.
4-First page of the attached PDF document is the request of PIO, Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission to D.M. Mirzapur dated 01 December 2020 to provide information to information seeker, but he did not provide. Please provide the reason of inaction by the D.M. In 2018 ering public information officers in Mirzapur district were penalized with the pecuniary penalty of Rs.25000 per public information officer by the Uttar Pradesh state information commission in the matter of information seeker but recovery still not made and order not complied by the government. Order of Uttar Pradesh state information commission is still not complied by the district magistrate Mirzapur which is a mockery of the law of land but who will take action against the district magistrate who acted against the spirit of the constitution of this country to please the political masters and corrupt people in the system.
