Singhविषय-Matter of fact is concerned about the irregularity in rebore of a Handpump installed in the Mohalla- Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road District-Mirzapur PIN Code-231001 by Jal Nigam Mirzapur on the request of re-bore of old Hand Pump made frequently by the applicant finally succeeded quite obvious from attached PDF documents to this representation. At most six months passed when the new Hand pump was installed in the Mohalla- Surekapuram by the Nagar Nigam Mirzapur and it regrettable that after pumping out one bucket of water it used to leave the water and after five minutes of wait then it pumps out again a bucket of water moreover it is pumping out muddy water. According to Yogi Adityanath Sir, he will have zero tolerance for corruption but think about the gravity of the situation that such third grade work is being carried out under his regime because of corruption and accountable public functionaries have shut its ears and eyes. Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Honourable Sir with due respect to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India a- to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, b-the National Flag and the National Anthem to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform. 1- to safeguard public property and to abjure violence; 2- to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement. 2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that Factual position is that the applicant made repeated requests to concerned people to take action in the matter as it concerns deep rooted corruption in the working of the Jal Nigam Mirzapur no accountable public functionaries took it seriously. 3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that Executive officer municipality Mirzapur city also requested the District Magistrate Mirzapur to take action in the matter as Hand Pump is pumping out dirty water with sand but Mirzapur district Magistrate is not paying heed to his requests. His subordinates only pile the requests of executive officers instead of taking solid and strong action in the matter concerned with the deep rooted corruption.

प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक17-08-2021 को फीडबैक:-निस्संदेह अधिशासी अभियंतामिर्ज़ापुर,जल निगम द्वारा गैर जिम्मेदाराना आख्या प्रस्तुत की गई है श्री मान जी प्रस्तुत प्रकरण में इस बात का जिक्र है की किस तरह से जल निगम द्वारा कराया गया रीबोर विभाग में व्याप्त भ्र्ष्टाचार के कारण फ़ैल हो गया सोचने की रीबोर के ठीक कुछ दिनों बाद हैंड पंप का पानी आना बंद हो गया उसकी जाँच नगर पालिका मिर्ज़ापुर और खुद जल निगम द्वारा कराया गया और मैंने कहा की हैंडपंप का रीबोर फ़ैल है इसलिए सम्बंधित के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए किन्तु आज तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई इससे बड़ी आराजकता क्या होगी श्री मान जी छह वर्षो से चापाकल बिगड़ रहा है और रीबोर हो रहा है किन्तु पानी नहीं दे रहा है इससे बड़ी आराजकता क्या होगी यहां बोरिंग का प्रश्न नहीं है क्योकि फिर बोरिंग होगी और चार दिन बाद पानी देना बंद कर देगा और जब शिकायत होगी मनमानी और असंगत जवाब लगा कर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट जैसे अधिकारी शिकायत को बंद करा देते है यहां प्रश्न विश्वसनीयता की है किस ढंग से भरस्टाचार के कारण लोक ब्यवस्था की साख गिर रही है इस पर चिंतन करना आवश्यक है श्री मान जी रीबोर प्रकरण पूर्ण रूप से भ्र्ष्टाचार से पोषित उसकी जांच होनी चाहिए अन्यथा जन कल्याण से सम्बंधित फण्ड कुछ लोगो के जेब भरते रहेंगे
