The matter comes under the purview of chief medical officer Mirzapur. श्री मान जी व्यथा निवारण क्या उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार एक असंगत आख्या मनमाने तरीके से लगा कर करेगी क्या आयुष्मान कार्ड से विकलांग का इलाज हुआ यदि नहीं हुआ तो कार्यवाही क्यों नहीं क्या सरकारी अस्पताल में इलाज की कोई जवाबदेही नहीं है क्या मानव जानवर हो गया है जिसका इस देश में इलाज की जगह उस पर प्रयोग किया जाता है श्री मान जी क्यों मानव को जानवर के जैसा सलूक किया जा रहा है क्या सरकारी मुलाजिमों में मानवता शून्य हो चुकी है श्री मान जी मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी का रोल भेद भाव पूर्ण है निष्पक्ष नहीं है इसलिए भुक्त भोगियों को न्याय नहीं मिल रहा है
According to Dr. Sunil Kumar Shrivastava of the district hospital Mirzapur, no additional charges were levied on the aggrieved Pankaj Kumar S/O Shiv Shankar Lal Gupta except prescribed government charges.
With due respect, kind attention is drawn to the point that Femur was mal-united quite obvious from the attached taped conversation of the doctors of Ram Krishna Sevashram hospital with the aggrieved Pankaj Kumar and his sister in law.
According to the aggrieved Pankaj Kumar, he had provided Rs.20000 two times for the tools and whatever medicines were prescribed were purchased from the private medical store as directed by the Dr. Sunil Kumar Shrivastava of the district hospital Mirzapur.
Aggrieved Pankaj Kumar S/O Shiv Shankar Lal Gupta was admitted two times in the Yusuf Imam Divisional hospital Mirzapur under the supervision of Dr. Sunil Kumar Shrivastava of the district hospital Mirzapur consequently findings of the chief Medical Officer Mirzapur is inconsistent and arbitrary to the contents of the grievance and a failed attempt to give a clean chit to the wrongdoers arbitrarily by overlooking set up norms.
Whether Dr. Sunil Kumar Shrivastava of the district hospital Mirzapur will ever accept his wrongdoings as clean chit of chief Medical Officer Mirzapur is based on the straight note of wrongdoer arbitrarily accepted without looking into the facts by examining the parties and records of the hospital.
Sir implantation failed two times tortured both physically and economical to the aggrieved unfortunately concerned heartless accountable staffs are not taking seriously the matter.
Ipso facto negligence of the doctor is quite obvious and circumstantial evidences in the matter can not be overlooked.

Undoubtedly government of Uttar Pradesh must fix the accountability of the Doctor for these two operations as both the operations remained unsuccessful and in this process he took Rs.40000 to implant the femur which is a mockery of the law of land and during the third operation when the failed implantation was removed that was also not completed because still there is pain and treatment was left in the mid. Whether it is not mockery of the law of land and the reflection of rampant corruption in the government machinery quite obvious from the Tyranny of the concerned staffs. क्या सरकारी अस्पताल में इलाज की कोई जवाबदेही नहीं है क्या मानव जानवर हो गया है जिसका इस देश में इलाज की जगह उस पर प्रयोग किया जाता है श्रीमान जी क्यों मानव को जानवर के जैसा सलूक किया जा रहा है क्या सरकारी मुलाजिमों में मानवता शून्य हो चुकी है श्री मान जी मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी का रोल भेदभावपूर्ण है निष्पक्ष नहीं है इसलिए भुक्तभोगियों को न्याय नहीं मिल रहा है

    Mr. Shrivastava Rs.40000 and per day Rs.500 from the patient was taken whether it was legitimate?
