As quite obvious from the attached order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad title of the government plot allotted to opposition had to be decided by the competent court or authority which is yet to be decided so paper of registry is not available to applicant but all other documents of the allotted land to the opposition mentioned in the report of property officer of Lucknow Development Authority exchanged during the purchase of land is available in original form which is voluminous. Therefore for the convenience of public authority Lucknow Development Authority and applicant as well, competent property officer Mrs Snighdha Chaturvedi may provide the list of  sequence of original documents which she needs to verify so that applicant may physically appear in her office to comply the authoritative order passed as it is corona virus pandemic period so useless frequent visit to the office of the public authority will not cultivate constructive result. आवेदक का नाम-Dinesh Pratap Singhविषय-Order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006 as follows It is simply ordered that the respondent number 4 to 7 shall open the lock of the staircase so that Smt Anuradha Singh the petitioner may come out of the house and take the proper and appropriate remedy in the competent court and after that, she may have the liberty to go anywhere. Since it is not a case in the strict sense of illegal detention, therefore, no direction can be issued to the respondent to produce the detenue in the court and allow her to live free at her home but since she can not take necessary steps for taking the remedy in the competent court, therefore it is simply ordered that the alleged detenue Smt Anuradha Singh shall be allowed to go out of the house and respondent number 4 to 7 shall open the lock of the door and open the door so that Smt Anuradha Singh may come out and take appropriate remedy. Dated 07032006 Signed by the concerned Honourable Justices of Division bench of Lucknow.महोदय उपरोक्त आदेश प्रत्यावेदन के साथ संलग्न है | संलग्नक के प्रथम व द्वितीय पेज में प्रार्थी द्वारा दिनांक १५/ ०३ /२००७ तथा २६/०६ /२००७ को विपक्षियों के पक्ष में निबंधन किये जाने का विरोध किया गया जिसके कारण दिनांक १३/०८/२००७ को लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा अपने तत्कालीन संपत्ति अधिकारी के. के. सिंह द्वारा नोटिस जारी किया गया | पक्ष विपक्ष को सुनने के लिए उपरोक्त अधिकारी द्वारा तिथि दिनांक २५/०८/२००७ समय प्रातः ११ बजे तय किया | अफ़सोस की बात है की पक्ष अर्थात प्रार्थी दिनेश प्रताप सिंह उपस्थित हुए किन्तु पांचो विपक्ष उपस्थित नहीं हुए | प्रार्थी निम्न उक्त बिंदुओं को पुनः श्री मान के संज्ञान में लाना चाहता है | १- क्या बिपक्षी टाइटल बिबाद को निबंधन के समय तक सक्षम न्यायालय के माध्यम से हल कर चुके थे | २- सक्षम न्यायालय का विवरण उपलब्ध कराये | ३- सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश की प्रति उपलब्ध कराये | ४-श्री मान जी यदि मूल दस्तावेज प्रार्थी के पास है तो लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा निबंधन की कार्यवाही किस आधार पर सम्पादित की गयी | ५- प्रार्थी के उपरोक्त प्रत्यावेदन पर तत्कालीन संपत्ति अधिकारी के. के. सिंह द्वारा क्या निर्णय लिया गया उसकी प्रति उपलब्ध कराया जाय |
