* Description of Information Sought PIO Collectorate/A.D.M. L/R may provide the following information point-wise as follows regarding the working of Block development Officer Chhanvey Mirzapur.
1-Six communications sent by the sub-divisional magistrate sadar attached to the R.T.I. Communique, provide notings and the minutes of proceedings with what action was taken on these communications.
2-Provide the duration to keep a control rate shop attached to the licensee of other gram panchayats with supporting government orders if available.
3-From the attached document, it is obvious that numerous reminders were sent by the S.D.M. Sadar to B.D.O. Chhanvey but the outcome remained zero. Provide the available circular and notification which empowers S.D.M. Sadar to take action in the matter concerned with such undue procrastination.
4-Since Gaurav Shrivastava S.D.M. Sadar only sends impotent reminders even after an undue delay which proves his integrity under the cloud so District administration if ordered an enquiry against him, then provide its detail.

ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly this act reflects the rampant corruption in the government machinery that an officer is saying that it has uploaded the documents but actual fact is that no document was uploaded by the concerned public information officer which is a mockery of the law of land and showing complete lawlessness and anarchy in the government machinery. Moreover this is not the first instance that such irregularity was committed by the concerned government staff they are habitual to do so.
