Here aggrieved applicant is Sugun Singh Wife of Krishna Kumar Singh village Babura post Babura district Mirzapur police station Vindhyachal. Construction taking place on the unpartitioned land of which boundary has not been decided must be stopped by the district administration so that any problem may be avoided. This is humble request of the applicant to direct the concerned staff of the government to decide the partition of the land as required under the law and direct police concerned to stop the construction of the building at the unpartitioned land.

Undoubtedly only legislations are enacted by the government of India instead of proper ratification of them in the transparent and accountable manner ipso facto obvious from lackadaisical approach of concerned accountable public functionaries to grievances of women and girls.
ReplyDeleteNow it is burning question that whether justice is available to the vulnerable section especially women and girls in the Government of India. If not how the government is good governance provided by the Narendra Modi and Yogi Adityanath.
ReplyDeleteFrom the post it is quite obvious that the matter concerns the widow of the younger brother who grabbed the land without being partitioning forcibly and aggrieved widow is seeking justice from the concerned government functionaries that partition may be done so that she may utilise her share along with the children.
Whether we are governed by the jungle rule as musclemen are not providing legitimate share to stakeholders which may be justified. Because of corruption rampant in our government machinery our public functionaries are failed to provide justice to the needy consequently aggrieved are only knocking the doors but all is gone in vain.
ReplyDeleteWhere is the if there is no transparency and accountability in the dealings of government functionaries. Concerned sub inspector of the government of Uttar Pradesh saying that application has no order of sub divisional magistrate so no action can be taken which if you have no sufficient money in your pocket then you may not expect action from the public functionaries. Our public are not satisfied with the service unless they get bribe for the delivery of the public services.
