Grievance Description
The matter concerns the blatant abuse of power by the Manager Mr. Kanhaiya Mishra if the allegations made against him are found true after proper enquiry by the competent authority in the transparent and accountable manner. There are allegations against Manager Mr. Kanhaiya Mishra in the Rajnagar R.O. While according to communication of South Eastern CoalFields Limited everything is O.K.and rights including constitutional and human rights well protected by the Government Functionaries.  First government made the poor vulnerable coal mines workers outsourced staffs dealing through private contractors itself violations of their constitutional rights.Next thing is staff like Manager Mr. Kanhaiya Mishra in the Rajnagar R.O.treating barbarically with the poor vulnerable staffs. Such staffs not only cultivating the bad image for the South Eastern CoalFields Limited but also causing pecuniary loss to the aforementioned public sector company because of their arbitrary acts and show off nature to be overdominant in the society. He has forgotten that he is also the servant of the company. The only difference is that the company has provided him with more responsibility. It is the most serious issue that instead of using company resources for the well being of the company, he is using such resources to gratify his own personal interests. Allegation 1-He uses unparliamentary language in his dealings specially with the vulnerable workers of the company violating human rights and tantamount to assault on the dignity of the poor working class. Excellent public dealings is one of the best characteristic of a manager but this ability of Mr. Kanhaiya Mishra in the Rajnagar R.O is subject to scrutiny by the competent staffs of the government of India. Allegation 2- One of the workers makes food employed at the expenses of the company causing financial damage to the company as considering company resources as its own. Allegation 3- One of the workers acts like sweepers at the expenses of the company causing financial loss to the company as considering company resources as its own.
Allegation 4- One of the workers guards home employed at the expenses of the company causing financial damage to the company as it considers company resources as its own. Those workers not interested to serve him as they know that they are being paid by the company for company job, they are subjected to hurl abuses which is third grade treatment reminds the reminiscences of the British colonial rule. It seems that we are still under the clutches of the slavery and freedom not reached to vulnerable section in this country. Name of staffs working presently can not be exposed because they can create undue pressure on such vulnerable staffs. A confidential enquiry may be ordered to trace the truth. Communications exchanged earlier, few of them attached to the representation to understand the issue. If the government is failed to curb arbitrariness and tyranny, then it far away from the vision of the good governance.

  2. Think about the vulnerability of the poor working staff in the coal mines that accountable public functionaries are hurling abuses arbitrarily on the working class and government functionaries do not take any action in the matter.
Several movies have been made on the exploitation of the the workers working in the coal mines in India which shows the vulnerable conditions of the workers but still Government of India did not learn any lesson from these films.
Movies are the presentations of the standard of the living of the concerned people both audio and visible. Whether the government made attempt to curb the exploitation of the poor working staff in the coal mines, undoubtedly not because of the corruption rampant in the government machinery.

  3. On the one side of a screen Government of India is the member country of the UNO and it has promised to protect the the human rights of its citizens. According to the the covenant, they are bound to protect the human rights of its citizens but what is going on in this country, that is contrary to the memorandum passed by the United Nations organisations member countries to keep safeguard of the human rights of its citizens. Whether in a good governance violations of the human rights of its citizens take place?

  4. I think that public functionaries have been uncontrolled in this country because of rampant corruption in the public offices. They are enjoying luxuries at the expenses of the public exchequer and exploiting the vulnerable section.
