विषय- Krishna Nagar police are subverting the evidence and setting free the arrested alleged accused and did not take any action regarding the vehicle used by the criminals to commit the offence. An enquiry may be ordered to fix the accountability of the wrongdoer police personnel. The matter concerns the F.I.R. lodged on 23/03/2021 in the Krishna Nagar police station District- Lucknow under section 307 of the India Penal Code. Your applicant Ashutosh Singh S/O Mr Narendra Pratap Singh APC State II A  Literacy House Kanpur Road Lucknow.  Four individuals of criminal mind attacked the applicant with iron rods assaulted on the head and description of Jaguar Car along with the registration number used by criminals is available to the police. Moreover, a second assault was committed on 29/03/2021 on the applicant just after one week and the first information report was lodged in the Sarojini Nagar police station District Lucknow under section 352 and 427 of the Indian penal code. Corrupt officers shielding criminals. There should be immediate action against them in the Yogi Adityanath government. I myself identified an accused name Uthaw Shukla in Krishna Nagar police station then how has he been left out ?  Three names have already been identified as 1-Piyush Singh ,2-Risabh Thakur, 3-Uthaw shukla and 4th name till not yet . Police know everything but not taking action against them also hiding criminals. It is a big shame undoubtedly as a UP cricketer I am getting this treatment by police officers. Think about the competency of the police personnel posted in the capital who are leaving the detained culprits because of prevailed corruption in the department. Why did Lucknow police not provide information under right to information act 2005 quite obvious from the content of the post in which they did not provide a single point information. No information was made available by the public information officer of the Lucknow police which is a mockery of the provisions of the right to information act 2005. Applicant itself identified an offender in police station Krishna Nagar out of four suspects but it seems police left him arbitrarily by taking bribes otherwise why not provided the detail of that offener under pont 2. Under point 3 they did not take any action in regard to Jaguar car used by culprits while the registration detail is available to them quite obviously from the F.I.R. Police did not provide any information as sought by the information seeker because it is more interested in shielding the criminal elements because of the corruption.

Grievance Description

Whether the state capital is ruled by criminals if not why no action by the police concerned in third and fourth criminal activities perpetrated by the goons? Whether repeated criminal attacks are not creating questions on the competency of the police personnel concerned under whose presence moral of the criminals are high. Sir life is invaluable and priceless therefore it is the obligation of the ruler in the state to protect the life of the applicant as the law and order is maintained in state by the state police and its enforcement is the state subject. Before the media, assistant commissioner of Lucknow police accepted that applicant visited his office to seek justice and following is the online representation submitted on the August portal Jansunwai of the government of Uttar Pradesh. First page of attached document is showing that applicant has submitted representation regarding fourth attempt to murder and threat by criminal elements and audio conversation of security personnel proving the attempt to murder and threat not only sent to D.G.P. office but most of the accountable public functionaries of the government of India as well as government of Uttar Pradesh. Whether Lucknow police will tell the applicant what action has been taken by them in third and fourth subsequent criminal activities executed by the gangsters by making a mockery of the law and order in the state capital Lucknow?  Whether state government has provided them licence to take under teeth the provisions of law of land and create nuisance and anarchy?The matter is widely covered by the local daily Lucknow Sandesh of yesterday news edition i.e. on 05/04/2021 containing exclusive interview of assistant commissioner of Lucknow police quite obvious from the second and third page of the attached PDF document. Sir this is fourth attempt to kill applicant cum victim as they had come today at  APC State II A  Literacy House Kanpur Road Lucknow to kill victim, but  gate of the premises was closed consequently they called on security personnel at the gate. They had a revolver at the driver seat and enquired about the victim. They threatened that how much time will you keep him inside the premises when will he come out of the premises then he will be targeted by our guns. Sir whether the goons are allowed to move freely on the streets of the state capital Lucknow. प्राथी के आवास पर धावा बोले जो प्रदेश की राजधानी में कानून की बिगड़ती दशा का द्योतक है यह महत्वपूर्ण है की क्या उन १५ दहसत गर्दो में प्रदेश की कानून ब्यवस्था का भय है क्या सम्बन्धित पुलिस अधिकारी तीसरा प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज करेंगे या अपराधियों बढे हुए मनोबल को परदेके पीछे से संजीवनी देंगे श्री मान जी पुलिस के समक्ष जान से मारने की धमकी देना ही पुलिस की असली पोल खोल रहा है क्या इन पंद्रह दहसत गर्दो को पुलिस का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त जो खुले आम एक शहरी को बार बार जान से मारने का प्रयास कर रहे है क्या सम्बंधित पुलिस कोई कार्यवाही की या सिर्फ मामले का तमाशबीन बन के रह जाएगी योगी आदित्यनाथ की कुर्सी के नीचे यह क्या तमाशा हो रहा कानून व्यवस्था का नंगा नाच फिर श्री मान जी १५ लोगो के विरुद्ध प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज करके बलवा का मुक़दमा कायम किया जाय और प्रार्थी को सुरक्षा प्रदान की जाए अन्यथा प्रार्थी की मृत्यु के लिए प्रशासन जिम्मेदार होगा क्यों की वरिष्ठ अधिकारिओं के संज्ञान में है मामला फिर भी निचला स्तर खड्यंत्र करने से बाज नहीं आ रहा है प्रार्थी को पुलिस की सुरक्षा प्रदान की जाए

Grievance Description

The matter concerns the biased approach of the Sarojini Nagar police station District Lucknow as they are shielding the offenders by not lodging the First Information Report under appropriate sections of the Indian Penal Code. Copy of the medical report attached to this representation carried out under the direction of senior rank staff of the police itself disclosing the gravity of the offence as still after four days of assault in medical examination of the victim blood clots found on the upper lid of the Left eye and lower eyelid is also injured quite obvious black colour clotted blood which 3-4 days old quite obvious from the medical report. Sir second assault on the applicant cum victim within a week and not lodging First Information Report under relevant sections of Indian Penal by the Sarojini Nagar police station District Lucknow itself putting integrity of the police under cloud. Whether police was taken under good faith during the second assault quite obvious from the circumstantial evidence as lackadaisical approach of police of  Sarojini Nagar police station District Lucknow dealing with the matter? Corrupt officer's saving criminal there should be immediate action towards them under yogi sir government.
