Whether to provide oxygen to those at the verge of dying and facing agony because of low oxygen levels in the body is an offence in this largest democracy in the world.
A petition under Article 32 of the constitution of India to seek speedy action in the matter concerned with treatment of the Corona patients in the state of Uttar Pradesh and curb mismanagement prevailed in the government hospitals.
To
Honourable Chief Justice of India / Companion Judges of the Apex Court

Prayer-Hon'ble Sir, please direct the Government of Uttar Pradesh not to take action against public spirited youth who provided oxygen gas cylinders to the Corona patients who were facing deep pain and intense agony because of low oxygen levels as infected with the Coronavirus.
How can the youth be tried by the police concerned under the eradication of epidemic act merely on the ground that he provided oxygen cylinders to the patients who were reaching at the verge of dying because of the virus of Coronavirus pandemic? Undoubtedly degree needed to cure the patients but it is bitter truth that youth was not treating the patients but helping them to survive as undue delay was being made by the concerned staffs of the government hospital in admitting the patients and they were waiting for assent of concerned staffs.
According to our chief minister Yogi Aditya Nath, if any Corona patient will be found in the premises of the hospital without treatment, then harsh steps will be taken against the accountable staffs of the hospital but here whatever is happening is contrary to his public statement.

  2. Undoubtedly it reflects the mismanagement in the administration of the hospital monitored by the government and unfortunately this is not praiseworthy act of the concerned public functionaries that corona patients are left in the deep pain without admitting them in the premises at the hospital even when our chief minister Yogi Adityanath have said that if the patients will be found without oxygen in the hospitals then concerned accountable public functionaries will be subjected to the penal action but I think that there is no fear of law among the staffs of the hospitals as such reports are widely reported in the media but no action is taken by the government functionaries.

  3. Undoubtedly we are facing terrific situation because there is increase of 4 lakh patients per day because of the coronavirus pandemic and government is failed to control it because of the corruption and mismanagement in the department of medical care and health centres. Think about the gravity of situation that those providing the oxygen cylinders, are facing the Indian Penal Code sections and first information report has been lodged against them by the concerned staff of the hospital which means still our government functionaries are doing business and reaping the benefits on the Corona patients instead of providing the medical facilities.

  4. How the individuals committed offence if they were providing oxygen cylinders to the corona patients quite obvious from the news attached to the post and what ever action is being taken by the government functionaries against them is is not natural and immoral act of the government functionaries.
There is alarming rise in the corona patients and government doctors remaind fail but still they have courage to face the public. Undoubtedly they have been shameless people. To keep healthy is the responsibility of doctors and government but both are failed.
