Sir/Madam,
Amazon is going to be the biggest fraud firm involved in online frauds. Amazon has contacted the seller and the seller called me yesterday. This seller has asked me to give the OTP received in my mobile and changed some things in my new amazon account. I received the message that someone is accessing my amazon account and changing the password after getting OTP from me. Once we return the product in online mode they have to send me the courier person to collect it. In the name covid19 the amazon coordinate with the seller is doing cheating business with customers. I request you send me the pick up person and return my money.
If any delay is caused by amazon and the seller then they have to pay the credit card dues and charges given by sbi cards. I will not be responsible for the cheating of money. Already 22,900 and now 4553/- is pending with amazon and dues must be paid by amazon to SBI cards.

At Atleast I accepted this redressal issue as it has some information about three refunds. But the main amount for 22,990 is not refunded by the firm amazon.in. If the consumer affair department is not monitoring this third party for selling and cheating the indian customers. Then who will monitor the forgery of products and cheating money.
When the government is able to monitor the persons who are watching porn movies and book them under ipc sections. Why can't they monitor the third party for cheating indian citizens and book them under IPC?
I request you to close this grievance only after I get a refund completely. I communicated the matter to amazon in a different account but they are not responding in mobile app chat.

The following email is the indication of not returning the refund amount of Rs. 22,990 INR made on 6th april 2021 from Amzon.in online marketing firm for the product orders cancelled on the same date. I have made the payment of bills on 3rd May 2021 with amount of Rs. 36,029 on the credit card ends with 5896. Remains amount of this month bills should be settled by Amazon as I cancelled the product on 6th April itself and amazon is unnecessarily delaying the payment or refund. Therefore the charges will be applicable to amazon before 20th due date. I request you to take case on amazon.in for the refund amount of rs.22,990 before due date.

We are depending ecommerce and online services for the products and services offered by internet marketing but amazon and others are cheating the people with the support of the government. We are not able to go outside and buy the products because the nuisances are waiting outside from police in the name of covid 19 and rules. These police useless fellows are collecting money every time for masks and other reasons. Then online services are completely cheated and fake for example Amazon is not returning money for returned products and the other fellow cheated me in the name PM kusum Yojanan. What is the use of police and indian governances for serving people?
