ReplyDeleteOur motive is good governance but this goal is far away from us because of rampant corruption in the government machinery. Those claiming to be honest itself supporting corruption in the government machinery. We are living in a country where business is being carried out in the name of corona.
Undoubtedly Bharatiya Janata party government in the state of Uttar Pradesh can charge more than 50000 from the bachelor of education students but it cannot provide scholarship to them even when the student may belong to the poor farmer family. Undoubtedly it is corona period and government is facing financial crisis but it is fact that you are charging huge money from the poor students so it is your obligatory duty that you may provide a scholarship as well to lessen the burden of the guardians.

ReplyDeleteI am from a poor family, I trusted the government and took a loan from the bank for Taken admission in bed first year. In which I deposited ₹ 51250 fee. I had full faith in the government that I would benefit from scholarship and fee reimbursement and through that I would continue to pursue my studies by taking admission in Bed second years.
But the government is not helping me in my studies, after all, whom should I expect!
Whether it is a good governance that 165 crore fund was sent by the government of Uttar Pradesh but where is gone no one knows it. Which means something is wrong in the administration at the district level. Here it is quite obvious that concerned student is entitled for scholarship but concerned public functionaries took bribe to provide the scholarship. Here scholarship was provided to those students who are not entitled for scholarship but those who are entitled for scholarship are not provided by the concerned public functionaries.
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly Anjaney Shukla is entitled for the scholarship but because of corruption in the government machinery he is deprived of scholarship so so his family is facing hardships to pay his fee so it is obligatory duty of the concerned public functionaries may consider this representation and provide him the scholarship so that he may pursue his education in bachelor of education.
