श्री मान जी पुलिस को निदेशित किया जाय फसल की मड़ाई करके विपक्षी अपने घर में न रखे वल्कि प्रार्थिनी का हिस्सा स्पस्ट किया जाय श्री मान जी खसरा खतौनी में प्रार्थी के पति अब पत्नी और दो बच्चो का नाम और दबगई यह की हिस्सा ही नहीं देना चाहते है

महोदय
प्रार्थिनी श्री मान का ध्यान निम्न विन्दुओं पर आकृष्ट करती है
१-प्रार्थिनी सुगुन सिंह पति दिवंगत कृष्ण कुमार सिंह एक विधवा है जिसका पता निम्न है
सुगुन सिंह पत्नी कृष्ण कुमार सिंह ग्राम- बबुरा, पोस्ट –बबुरा थाना –विन्ध्याचल , जिला –मिर्ज़ापुर , उत्तर प्रदेश पिन कोड २३१३०७
२- अशोक कुमार सिंह उर्फ अंगद सिंह जो की प्रार्थिनी के पति के बड़े भाई है प्रार्थिनी के हिस्से की भी फसल काट लिए
३- प्रार्थिनी द्वारा मना किये जाने पर प्रार्थिनी को धमकी दिए
४-श्री मान जी प्रार्थिनी के साथ यह अन्याय किस तरह से उचित है
५- श्री मान जी आप थानाध्यक्ष विंध्याचल की निर्देश दे की प्रकरण में नियमानुसार कार्यवाही करे
६- श्री मान जी प्रार्थिनी के हिस्से की फसल प्रार्थिनी को दिलाई जाय जिससे न्याय हो
श्री मान जी प्रार्थिनी इस आराजकता की वजह से बेबस है यहां भाई भाई की संपत्ति हड़पना चाहता है सच है पूर्ण कलियुग आ गया है श्री मान उचित कार्यवाही करके प्रार्थिनी को न्याय दिलाये

Here it is quite obvious that role of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar is not impartial as he has submitted an inconsistent arbitrary report on the public grievance portal of the Government of India. From the report of the sub-divisional magistrate it is quite obvious that opposition has grabbed the land of the the vulnerable lady and grabbing of land is a criminal matter as quite obvious that this land belongs to the vulnerable lady and her children so action must be taken against the public staff who submitted the report on this portal in such an irresponsible manner so that vulnerable lady may get justice. It was the obligatory duty of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar to be instrumental in lodging the first information report in the matter against the land grabbers who were using the muscle powers to grab the land of vulnerable lady quite obvious from the report of the concerned staff of the tehsil Sadar who has said that opposition has grabbed the land of vulnerable lady.

Undoubtedly it is clear that Rights of widow , women and girls in this largest population state of India is no more safe as public functionaries submit the arbitrary inconsistent reports on the public grievance portal of the Government of India and competent senior officers accept those arbitrary reports by shutting their eyes and ears closed.
ReplyDeleteWhen the matter was concerned with the police then why they have sent it to the tehsil? Think about the non-serious mess of the concerned public functionaries to the grievances of the people and because of corruption these public functionaries are itself creating dispute at the places where actually no dispute. Here aggrieved lady requested to the police to take action when that is criminal offence and police must take action in accordance with criminal procedure code then how the matter may be civil as incompetent sub divisional magistrate submitted its arbitrary report which is irrelevant in the matter.
ReplyDeleteTo take bribe has been integral part of this corrupt system which is quite obvious from the mysterious working style of the public offices and this inconsistent and arbitrary report is the part of such dealings. It is a fact that our system is overlooking the truth as it has no capability to accept the truth because of the corruption which is prevailed throughout the system.
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly rights of the widow is decided as property has been transferred and her name and children name are included in the khatauni so it is illegal that Lekhpal may say that opposition has grabbed the land because if opposition has grabbed then he must be subjected to the penal proceedings. Here matter concerns the police as grabbing of others land is criminal offence.
