Whatever comments you make, it is your responsibility to use facts. You may not make unwanted imputations against any body which may be baseless otherwise commentator itself will be responsible for the derogatory remarks made against any body proved to be false at any appropriate forum.

Think about the gravity of situation that if the office of home secretary government of Uttar Pradesh is not providing information to the information seekers Under The Right to Information act 2005 then think about the other offices under the Government of Uttar Pradesh. It is fact that home secretary is the respondent number one in the High Court order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad which is overlooked by the police and the other administrative staff of the department of Uttar Pradesh and these things happen because of the rampant corruption in the departments of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
It is fact that public functionaries in the state of Uttar Pradesh superseded the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad which is showing the insolence of the concerned public functionaries to the order passed by the High court. Which is only showing that there is no rule of law and there is complete anarchy in the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
