Honourable sir may be pleased to direct the concerned organizer of U.P.B.Ed. J.E.E. 2019 to refund my paid advance college fee Rs.5000 as soon as possible to my account as required by the law as the applicant is no more interested to pursue the courses of B.Ed. as its huge fee can't be afforded by the parents of the applicant because of poor farming in coming years. It seems that rain god Indra is infuriated with us consequently created drought like situation in Mirzapur district. It is well established Hindi proverb-करे कोई भरे कोई i.e. Innocent and gullible citizenry always suffer faults others.

If the government of Uttar Pradesh is honest, then why concerned public functionaries are running away from providing information to the information seeker. Undoubtedly they are master in submitting arbitrary inconsistent reply because of rampant corruption in the government machinery.
ReplyDeleteThe applicant is authorized representative of Anjaney Shukla. PIO may provide following information point-wise as sought.
1-Registration number: PMOPG/E/2019/0465552 on CPGRAM copy of the direction given to the registrar by the govt of U.P. as reported by Arun Kumar Dube Joint Secretary in CMO.
2-Provide total collection of such fees.
3-Provide refund status.
4-If not refunded, then provide a reason.
5-Detail of staffs monitoring and processing refund. The detail is attached for convenience.
Here it is quite obvious that it was easy job for them to provide inconsistent and arbitrary reports on the jansunwai portal and public grievance portal of the government but when the information was sought by the information seeker under right to information act 2005. They did not provide any information which means they are habitual to submit inconsistent arbitrary reports on the jansunwai portal of government of Uttar Pradesh and public grievance portal of the Government of India which is quite obvious from their cryptic and mysterious approaches to redress the grievances of the citizens submitted on this portals.
ReplyDeleteIf the Rs.5000 was charged as admission fee in advance during counseling then why concerned did not refund it when aggrieved student did not take admission because of non availability of the huge admission fee charged by the government of Uttar Pradesh. Whether the Government of Uttar Pradesh is not a looter if it is supporting the loot of the innocent and gullible guardians of the students whose wards are taking admission in the Bachelor of Education courses.
