With reference to the grievance case dated 13/01/2021, it is inform that the case has been approved by the Competent Authority of the Board and a letter dated 12/01/2021 has also been sent to the school concerned with the direction to inform the candidate and submit original Marks Statement Cum Certificate along with requisite fee. Hence, the candidate concerned is required to approach the school concerned for further process.
I want to inform the concerned staffs of the regional office Allahabad now named as Prayagraj that in reply of communication dated 12/01/2021 addressed to principal of the institution concerned, entire requisite formalities formalities completed by the aggrieved student Vishal Kumar Maurya 30/01/2021. This communication dated 30/01/2021, Vishal Kumar Maurya sent through speed registered post on the same day and received by the office of public authority regional office Allahabad of central board of secondary education on 02/02/2021 quite obvious from the speed post tracking of the registered speed post. Today is 25/02/2021 but it is unfortunate that they did not provide the rectified certificate to the student ipso facto obvious from their submitted report on the public grievance portal of the government of India. It was compulsory to comply with their direction within 15 days but they are themselves not taking swift action in the matter.

Whether they have adopted the cogent approach to redress the grievances of the common people as quite obvious that they are adopting lackadaisical approach to redress grievance of the vulnerable student as there is incorrection in the name of the father and they have charged rupees 1300 but still procrastinating on the Representation of the vulnerable student Vishal Maurya. Whether they have firm desire to resolve the problems of the students? There is substantial evidence that they did not act seriously in redressing the grievances and most surprising that still not interested to provide the rectified certificate to student.

ReplyDeleteNow they have to provide the information under right to information act 2005 but it seems that because of corruption they are not serious in providing information quite obvious from their earlier response which was made by them in cryptic style and denied information on the Flimsy ground and the first appellate authority of the Central board of secondary education supported blindly the Central public information officer of the regional office and the same thing will happen this time also.
ReplyDeleteThink about the quantum of corruption in the regional office of the Central board of secondary education that after taking 1300 rupees they have not corrected the minor error in the name of the father of the aggrieved student which is a mockery of the law of land and reflects the deep rooted corruption in the department of education of the Government of India and exposing the corrupt deeds of the Modi government who is saying that he is providing good governance to the people of this country but the actual fact is that there is rampant corruption in the public offices.
ReplyDeleteThink about the gravity of situation that after taking 1300 Rupees as the fee to correct the errors in the name of father they are procrastinating on the matter which means they want to take more money from the Such students in order to correct the errors which means there is deep rooted corruption in the practices of Central Board of Secondary Education and its regional office At Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh. Undoubtedly they are procrastinating over 1 years and more destructible when the board members decided to correct the name indicate something wrong.
ReplyDeleteWhen they are procrastinating on the matter near about one years, then think about the position that they already made available misleading information in the matter and there is no signal of positivity because of rampant corruption in the department.
