श्री मान जी अपराधी का पिता और भाई और खुद अपराधी इस आधार पर लंका पुलिस द्वारा छोड़े गए थे की उन्होंने लिखित आश्वासन दिया था की वे निश्चित तय समय सीमा के भीतर शादी करा देंगे किन्तु पुलिस के चंगुल से छूटते ही अपना पैतरा बदल दिए श्री मान क्या पुलिस को और प्रार्थिनी को न ही अपराधी पुत्र बल्कि उसके पिता द्वारा भी धोखा दिया गया पुलिस के समक्ष यह समझौता लिखित है श्री मान जी पिता द्वारा भी पुत्र के साथ मिल कर क्रिमिनल ब्रीच ऑफ़ ट्रस्ट का अपराध कारित किया गया है इसलिए पिता व पुत्र दोनों की गिरप्तारी किया जाय अन्यथा वे किसी अन्य अपराधिक घटना को अंजाम दे सकते है श्री मान जी पिता पुत्र यदि भगोड़ा हो चुके है तो उनकी संपत्ति कुर्क कराया जाय श्री मान जी रिपोर्ट में सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त भेलूपुर जनपद वाराणसी द्वारा डी जी परिपत्र १६/२०१३ में निहित प्रावधानों के तहत बयान दर्ज करने के लिए प्रभारी निरीक्षक लंका / विवेचक को सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त भेलूपुर जनपद वाराणसी द्वारा निदेशित किया गया श्री मान जी प्रार्थिनी को विवेचक महोदय कई बार लंका थाने पर बुलाये किन्तु मजिस्ट्रेट के न बैठने के नाम पर वापस कर देते है पिछली बार तो हद हो गयी खुद ही विमार हो गए श्री मान जी पीड़िता का चिकित्स्कीय परीक्षण कराया गया उसका भी कोई प्रमाण नहीं दिया गया श्री मान जी पीड़िता पिछले छह महीनो से पुलिस के चक्कर काट रही है श्री मान जी पीड़िता द्वारा बार बार उनसे कार्यवाही आगे बढ़ाने के लिए और मुल्जिम को गिरप्तार करने के लिए न सिर्फ मिल कर बल्कि फोन पर और लिखित प्रार्थना पत्र दे कर अनुरोध किया गया किन्तु अपराधी खुला घूम रहा है जैसे लगता उसके ऊपर कोई दबाव ही नहीं है सर्व प्रथम पुलिस यह बताये की क्या प्रार्थिनी की गवाही मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष होगी जैसा की विवेचक महोदय प्रार्थिनी को बार बुलाते है किन्तु मजिस्ट्रेट के न बैठने का सहारा ले कर वापस किया जा रहा जब की प्रार्थिनी प्राइवेट सर्विस मिर्ज़ापुर जिले में करती है बार बार भाड़ा खर्च करके वाराणसी जाना पड़ता है जो की प्रार्थिनी के लिए किसी उत्पीड़न से कम नहीं है श्री मान जी पुलिस द्वारा मुल्जिम के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कार्यवाही की जाए
मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय निम्न चार विन्दुओं पर मांगी गयी सूचना को उपलब्ध कराये जो की उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत है प्रार्थी को यह जानने का पूर्ण हक़ है अभी तक अपराधियों को गिरप्तार क्यों नहीं किया गया सम्बंधित पुलिस क्यों ताल मटोल कर रही है अपराधियों को गिरप्तार करने में Registration Number DOCMO/R/2021/60294 Name Sarita Singh Date of Filing 07/04/2021

1-Please provide the notings in regard to aforementioned grievance. 2- Please provide the action in the matter concerned. 3-Two sections of the IPC is imposed on accused Hritik Ranjan section 376 and 406 of the IPC as he and his family is not cooperating enquiry and not appearing before competent officers so need to take vigilant eyes on them. Please provide the information regarding the non arrest of accused Hritik Ranjan.4-Undoubtedly it may be Lanka police may not have sent the requisite information but when concerned officers have sought information from aggrieved then it is their obligation to take him under custody but Hritik Ranjan still hatches conspiracy against the information seeker knowingly not supporting Lanka police in the investigation. Please provide the reason for not arresting the accused.

Applicant made attempt to submit R.T.I. Communique on the portal of Government of Uttar Pradesh addressed Superintendent of police Sonebhadra but portal is showing error messages. Please send the grievance to aforementioned public authority to redress the grievance and submit consistent report on the portal.
According to subsection 1 of section 376 of Indian penal code Punishment for rape Whoever, except in the cases provided for by sub-section 2, commits rape shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than seven years but which may be for life or for a term which may extend to ten years and shall also be liable to fine.
Somebody called me on my mobile number 7309711847 introduced itself as police officer of chauki Rabertsganj in regard to complaint lodged against me by Hritik Ranjan s/o Rajnath throgh his mobile number 9451234094.
He enquired me regarding the complaint matter and sought information regarding the F.I.R. lodged against accused Hritik Ranjan in Lanka Police Station District Varanasi.
