Here this question arises that public information officer of the directorate women welfare earlier forwarded the matter concerned with probationary officer Mirzapur to the probationary officer Sonbhadra how that public information officer will provide information concerned with the directorate itself and how will he explain that why had he forward the matter concerned with the Mirzapur to the Sonbhadra?
Quantum of corruption in the government machinery can be guessed from the fact that over two years they are procrastinating on the online application for the widow pension of the concerned aggrieved lady Gujarati Devi. Whether it is not a mockery of the law of land.
When the directorate women welfare did not provide information which was sought by the information seeker in the earlier application submitted under right to information act 2005 then what is the guarantee that they will provide information this time to the information seeker as they are habitual not to provide information under right to information act 2005 quite obvious from the mysterious dealings and rampant corruption in the government machinery.
