We are too much unlucky that public facilities are not reaching to the needy quite obvious from the irresponsible report submitted by the chief medical officer Mirzapur in the matter. In a good governance grievances are disposed of on the basis of contents of the grievances but here it has been practices that concerned public functionaries because of corruption submit inconsistent and arbitrary reports on the public grievance portal of the Government of India in the grievances submitted on the prime minister office portal which is a mockery of the law of land and such practices decreasing the credibility of the prime minister office in the mind of common man. Whether in this way share of weaker and downtrodden section will reach to them in this largest democracy in the world. Which is quite obvious that in this largest democracy in the world, corruption is rampant in the public offices and schemes like Ayushman card is only limited to the print and electronic media of this country.

  4. Whether concerned accountable public functionaries can reply why rupees 40000 was demanded from the handicapped person?
In two times he was admitted in the hospital for more than 1 month and he was charged rupees 500 per day in the form of medicines and other facilities. Whether government of Uttar Pradesh is providing free cure/remedies to the weaker and oppressed section and handicapped persons?
