Detail appeal sent to First appellate authority is attached to this representation.
Here the matter is important because an application under right to information act 2005 concerned with the working of probationary officer Mirzapur was deliberately sent to the probationary officer Sonbhadra to conceal the information. Whether it is not a mockery of the law of land and showing the complete lawlessness and anarchy in the government machinery in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Right to Information act 2005 was brought of to promote transparency and accountability in the public offices but it seems that because of corruption its benefits are not reaching to the citizens of this country moreover its provisions are being diluted again and again and by the corrupt public functionaries in this largest democracy in the world which is the outcome of this non onstructive approach and denial of the information by the Public Information Officer of the directorate women welfare Uttar Pradesh. Whether the Government of Uttar Pradesh or Government of India is ever troubled if the support to the weaker and downtrodden section is not reaching to them? Whether anyone is fixing the accountability if the matter concerns with the probationary officer Mirzapur was sent to the probationary officer Sonbhadra because of corruption this wrongdoing was committed by the public information officer at the directorate Lucknow of the department of women welfare?

श्री मान जी जिस तरह से जंगल की आग विकराल रूप धारण करती है उसी ढंग से यह भ्रष्टाचार भी विकराल रूप धारण करता जा रहा है भ्रष्टाचार को सीधे नजरअंदाज किया जा रहा है अपने देश का भ्र्ष्टाचार जंगल का आग बन चुका है सोचिये दो वर्षो से भी अधिक समय से टाल मटोल कर रहे है पेंशन देने में क्या इनसे कोई पूछेगा की इन्होने किस आधार पर मिर्ज़ापुर से सम्बंधित प्रकरण को सोनभद्र भेजा और जन सूचना अधिकार के तहत प्रस्तुत इस आवेदन को मनमाने तरीके से वापस कर दिया निदेशालय के जनसूचना अधिकारी को बर्खास्त कर देना चाहिए लेकिन बिल्ली के गले में घंटी कौन बांधे हे भगवन इस देश को बचाइए कोरोना से ज्यादा हम गरीबो को इस देश का भ्र्ष्टाचार मार रहा है

Mirzapur online which was forwarded to probationary officer Mirzapur who procrastinated on the matter but after submission of first appeal, D.M. Mirzapur forwarded the matter to directorate social welfare and then it reached to directorate women welfare as it was closely connected with the working of the probationary officer Mirzapur as
Here this question arises that public information officer of the directorate women welfare forwarded the matter concerned with probationary officer Mirzapur to the probationary officer Sonbhadra how that public information officer will provide information concerned with the directorate itself and how will he explain that why had he forward the matter concerned with the Mirzapur to the Sonbhadra?

ReplyDeleteRight to information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities but this poor lady is not getting information from the director women welfare because there is rampant corruption in the office of probationary officer Mirzapur. Here it is quite obvious from the contents of the post that the matter concerns with probationary officer Mirzapur was sent to the probationary officer Sonbhadra which is a mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005 but here this question arises that who will Bell the cat.

Undoubtedly action must be taken against public information officer but in this Era corruption public officers has been most corrupt who will Bell the cat?

Undoubtedly the matter concerns with the deep rooted corruption is being overlooked by the the Public Information Officer directorate women Welfare Government of Uttar Pradesh which is a mockery of laughland but this matter is being overlooked by the accountable public functionaries in the Government of Uttar Pradesh because of the corruption.
