संदर्भ संख्या : 40019921003650, दिनांक - 24 Mar 2021 तक की स्थितिआवेदनकर्ता का विवरण : शिकायत संख्या:--40019921003650 आवेदक का नाम- Shivam Kesharwani Aforementioned complaint made by the applicant on 27 Feb 2021 on the Jansunwai Portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. On the same day, matter was forwarded to क्षेत्राधिकारी / सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त-क्षेत्राधिकारी , नगर ,जनपद-मिर्ज़ापुर,पुलिस and date fixed to dispose of the matter is 29 March 2021. According to report dated 23 March 2021 of the Tahsil Sadar attached as first page of the attached documents of this representation, a team of Tehsil and police inspected the site and dispute was settled on spot by directing land grabbers cum opposite party not to interfere with the working of the aggrieved applicant. Here the matter concerns the land grabbing by the Land Mafia by taking police concerned in good faith. LUCKNOW: The Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh has directed the state police to take strict action against land grabbers and those vitiating law and order.
Directives in this regard were issued on Sunday by principal secretary Home Arvind Kumar, an official release issued here said.
After any incident, senior police officials should visit the spot and ensure action against the guilty, he said. If after the enquiry of the joint team of the Tehsil and police, it has been found that construction made by the aggrieved complainant on his piece of land was broken by the alleged land grabbers, then police must lodge Land Mafia under appropriate sections of the India Penal code. With great respect applicant wants to inform that applicant submitted representation dated 16/03/2021 before minister of state forwarded to superintendent of police Mirzapur on 17/03/2021 against the tacit understanding between Land Mafia and police but it seems that accountable public functionaries have shut their eyes and ears from the grievances of the common people. 2. On the one side of screen government of Uttar Pradesh advocates to take action against the land grabbers within 15 days but what is going on that is totally different from the claims of the accountable public functionaries of the Government of Uttar Pradesh that they are not taking any action in the case of land mafia when the matter is being repeatedly reported to them so what ever they are saying that is not true against the land mafia and the Government of Uttar Pradesh has 100% tolerance to the activities of land mafia.

  3. Whether government is taking action against land mafia if government is serious to its claims regarding the land mafia then they must explain it why did the police in the district did not take any action against the land grabbers when the matter has been intimated to the concerned state government, central government as well as administrative officers at the district level.

  4. Whether a governance may be good governance in which land grabbing is allowed and concerned public functionaries only procrastinate in the matters concerned with the land grabbing which is quite obvious from the post.
