It is most surprising that control rate shop is still running in the name of Panchu Pasi but operated by Vijay Bahadur and his son as Panchu Pasi which is illegal and it seems that there is some deal behind the screen. Right to information act 2005 was brought up by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability during the regime of Congress but when the Modi came to the power this government it began to dilute the provisions of right to information act 2005 because of the corruption in the government machinery and now the problem is that no public information officer is providing information to the information seekers.
