    Undoubtedly additional secretary regional office Varanasi of the Uttar Pradesh Board of High School and Intermediate submitted false fabricated concocted stories on the public grievance portal of the Government of India but when he has to provide information Under The Right to Information act 2005 he is running away from providing the information if he he is justified then he must provide the information.

    Right to information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities but where is transparency and accountability if concerned public authorities will not provide information to the information seekers quite obvious from the cryptic working style of the Yogi government.
