Undoubtedly in the beginning they did the excellent job by formulating a new transfer policy for the next four years but later because of corruption its provisions were kept aside and again bargaining was initiated by the corrupt public functionaries which is the root cause of the failure of the new transfer policy of the government.
In this era of corruption they will not provide single point information as everyone knows that these corrupt public functionaries are filling the pockets of the corrupt public functionaries who have been influential in this government.
