Whether a summon case can be processed under section 244 and 245 of Cr.P.C. as being done in the lower court?

Whatever comments you make, it is your responsibility to use facts. You may not make unwanted imputations against any body which may be baseless otherwise commentator itself will be responsible for the derogatory remarks made against any body proved to be false at any appropriate forum.

  2. Everyone knows that summon case is processed under chapter 20 of the criminal panel code so summon case cannot be processed under section 244 and 245 as under section 244 and 245 is processed those cases which are warrant cases and instituted other than a police officer.

  3. Think about the gravity of situation that an enquiry was carried out on the order of High court of judicature at Allahabad but is still irregularity is continued at the level of lower court. There is no improvement in the situation still if case is being processed under section 244 and 245 of criminal panel code while it is to be processed under sections of chapter 20 under chapter 20 the criminal panel code.
