Grievance Description The matter concerns the scheduled tribe woman Gujarati Devi. Who widow pension application is pending for more than two years because of lackadaisical approach of the staffs concerned. An enquiry may be ordered into the matter so that corruption may be exposed concerned with the widow pension.

Grievance Description The matter concerns the probationary officer Mirzapur who is procrastinating on the matter for two years ipso facto obvious from the date of registration of the application submitted online on the portal. Requisite documents are attached to representation.
उपरोक्त दोनों शिकायतों का विस्तृत विवरण संलग्नको सहित इस प्रत्यावेदन के साथ संलग्नक के रूप में पी. डी ऍफ़ फॉर्म में अटैच्ड है
उपरोक्त दोनों शिकायतों में इनकी अर्थात प्रोबेशनरी अधिकारी मिर्ज़ापुर की आख्या यही है
महोदय, जांच आख्या संलग्न कर सादर अवलोकनार्थ प्रेषित है प्रार्थना पत्र के क्रम मे अवगत कराना है कि प्रर्थिनी का डाटा अंडर प्रोसेस शो कर रहा है स्वीकृति की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण हो जाने पर प्रर्थिनी का सम्बधित खाते मे पी०एफ्०एम्०एस्० पोर्टल के माध्यम से धनराशि प्रेषित हो जायेगी जो कि निदेशालय स्तर से होनी है उक्त से अवगत होने का कष्ट करे
श्री मान जी प्रार्थी द्वारा प्रकरण में जांच की मांग की गयी है किन्तु विभाग में व्याप्त भ्र्ष्टाचार की वजह से उसे नजरअंदाज किया गया है
श्री मान जी प्रोसेस शब्द बहुत ही विस्तृत है यही प्रोसेस तो आप दो साल से कर रहे है और भ्रष्टाचार के कारण गलत करने से भय भी नहीं लगता है
महोदय किसी भी मामले का तार्किक निस्तारण होना चाहिए आप यह बताये की प्रोसेस किसके यहा हो रहा है जिससे उसके यहां प्रतिवेदन भेजा जाय जिससे विधवा को पेंशन मिल सके क्या मरणोपरांत पेंशन देने का विचार है मेरे पास ऐसे उदहारण है की आवेदन कर्ता इस मृत्यु लोक से गमन कर चुका है किन्तु उसका पेंशन प्रकरण अभी भी लंबित है इसी सरकार में

    महोदय किसी भी मामले का तार्किक निस्तारण होना चाहिए आप यह बताये की प्रोसेस किसके यहा हो रहा है जिससे उसके यहां प्रतिवेदन भेजा जाय जिससे विधवा को पेंशन मिल सके क्या मरणोपरांत पेंशन देने का विचार है मेरे पास ऐसे उदहारण है की आवेदन कर्ता इस मृत्यु लोक से गमन कर चुका है किन्तु उसका पेंशन प्रकरण अभी भी लंबित है इसी सरकार में

    On the one side of screen we talk of Social Justice but where is Social Justice if the tribal lady like Gujarati Devi is not getting justice in this largest democracy in the world. Rights are no more safe then where is the safeguard of human rights of an individual in this country.

    Undoubtedly aggrieved lady belongs to scheduled tribe and corrupt staffs of the government first made her backward now they are saying that she belongs to scheduled caste. They are falsely saying that she is satisfied with their anarchy. They are neither providing widow pension and they did not provide her ration card still she is satisfied.

    There is rampant corruption in the working of the public servants in this largest democracy in the world. They do nothing without taking bribe it has been common practice in this government machinery . In both the yogi and Modi Government corruption of the public functionaries has the blessings of senior rank accountable public functionaries so no action is taken against them.
