1-In the representation of Yogi M. P. Singh, commissioner housing and development council forwarded the matter to L.D.A. but in the repeated representations of Dinesh Pratap Singh, he constantly denied by taking the recourse of L.D.A.
Provide the reason for biased treatment.
2-Neither Commissioner Housing and development council nor Nagar commissioner forwarded the matter to L.D.A. on the Jansunwai Portal of Uttar Pradesh. Provide information regarding the mechanism of redress of grievances concerned with irregularities in public authority L.D.A.

L.D.A. sent the first communication on 26/09/2019 bearing letter number-206/OSD-R/2019 as information. They informed as concerned documents they have summoned. They are waiting for documents. L.D.A. sent the second communication on 24/10/2019 bearing letter number-302/OSD-R/2019 as information. They informed as concerned documents they have summoned. They are waiting for documents. L.D.A. sent the third communication on 06/02/2020 bearing letter number-516/OSD-R/2020 as information. They informed as concerned documents they have summoned. They are waiting for documents. Now the special officer of Lucknow Development Authority is saying that he is taking action subsequently he will inform about the action taken to the applicant.
ReplyDeleteFirst appellate authority had given 10 days to public information officer to provide information to the information seeker but REQUEST TRANSFERRED TO OTHER PIO as on 28/01/2021. Whether he has provided information to information seeker as directed by the First Appellate Authority?
Think about the honesty of public functionaries in the state government that they are not taking action even when there is substantial evidence of wrongdoing in the work of Lucknow development authority quite obvious from the post. This shows that government of Uttar Pradesh is showing hundred percent tolerance to the corruption.
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly the matter concerns with the deep irregularity committed by the staff of the Lucknow Development Authority in allocating the the government plots. It is unfortunate that when the matter has been unearthed by the public is spirited people then concerned accountable public functionaries are not taking action against the wrongdoer staff of the Lucknow Development Authority which is a mockery of the rule of law.
ReplyDeleteHere it is quite obvious that both the chief minister office and the Lucknow development authority procrastinating on the matter concerned with the deep irregularity in the allocation of the houses to the oppressed section. These houses are allocated to the rich people by taking the senior rank officers in good faith which is quite obvious from the matter.
