Whether Govt. of U.P. has taken firm decision not to provide information under R.T.I. Act 2005?

They are not providing information through wall as told on phone that circular passed of wall painting has been withdrawn by the government. But why government has withdrawn it it only because it was passed by Akhilesh Yadav government?

Neither they will provide information through wall painting nor under Right to Information Act 2005.

  2. Uttar Pradesh state information commission is failed to be instrumental in providing information to the information seekers.
One of the important characteristics of the good governance is that grievances submitted by the people of state must be carried out in time bound manner with transparency and accountability but it seems that they have forgot the definition of good governance as well as under right to information act they provide the information within time prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005 .
