The matter concerns with the recharge made on the mobile number 7379105911. Once I have made the recharge of rupees 10 and again I have made the recharge of the rupees 50. How are the exhausted please provide the detail about the calls made by me? Still there are two minutes free to call on any net. Whether Bharat sanchar Nigam limited district Mirzapur is not looting the innocent consumers like me? I was surprised to see it that there was no balance in my account consequently I again recharged of rupees 10 but I am too much confused about the dealings of the Mirzapur office of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited. Please direct for the cogent action in the matter as required under law.

आपका भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड कोई वैल्यू एडेड सर्विस एक्टिव करके उस टॉक वैल्यू को काट लेता है अब तो यह ध्यान देना पड़ता है की मोबाइल अकाउंट में १० रुपये से ज्यादा न हो यही है आप के बिकास की परिभाषा ईमानदारी तो नहीं बढ़ी बेईमानी बढ़ गई है ये लोग वही है डीजल बेचा करते थे मेरे पास पूरे रिकॉर्ड है कार्यवाही के लिए भी कहे किन्तु आप तो जानते ही है इस देश में भष्टाचार को संरक्षण ऊपर से है श्री मान जी अब तो विभाग को बेचने का समय आ गया फिर भी बेईमानी न ही गई सोचिये मैंने कहा मेरा कटा पैसा रिफंड कर दो किन्तु कह रहे है हमने मूल्य वर्धित सेवाए ले ली जब की मई जानता हूँ की मैंने इनकी कोई सेवा नहीं ली है मेरे पास आठ जी बी डाटा रोज आता है और इंटरनेट पर अधिकतर सुबिधाए उपलब्ध है फिर मैंने इनसे मूल्य वर्धित सेवाए क्यों ली अर्थात यह इनका ट्रिक है उपभोक्ताओं को लूटने का महोदय जो भी पैसा इन्होने काटा है मूल्य वर्धित सेवाए दे कर उसे वापस कर दे इनके हम फालतू असंगत जवाब से संतुष्ट नहीं है मेरे संरक्षकों ने मुझे चोरी नहीं सिखाई है वल्कि चोरी का विरोध करने की शिक्षा दी है

How are they exhausted please provide the detail about the calls made by me? Now I know some value added services are active on the mobile number-7379105911 but who activated this service. As far as my knowledge is concerned, it is kind of cheating which is committed by the service providers companies. They use this practice to earn illegal money by cheating innocent and gullible customers. If customer raises voice then they refund otherwise their cheating activity succeeds. Once a staff of the department of Telephone requested me to adopt soft stand in writing representations in the department but he must think that what is my fault in this matter. Whether you will refund your money? Whether it is not corruption and concerned staffs are not taking any action because of corruption. Millions of rupees are collected through such cheating activities.

    Concerned staff instead of looting the consumers they must think that when the unemployment is on its peak they have got employed so they must be thankful to the God and they must perform their duties honestly instead of looting the innocent and gullible consumers of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited otherwise they will face the trauma of the privatisation of the public department.

    Everyone knows that value added services are those services which are used to cheat the customers in all service providing companies so what ever they are claiming that is wrong they must refund the deducted amount to the account which will be justified otherwise there will be repeated grievances on the part of aggrieved applicant. We expect that appellate authority will adopt logistic approach in addressing the grievance.
