  1. Why D.M. Prayagraj is running away from providing information on the forwarded R.T.I. Communique under subsection 3 of section 6 of Right to Information Act 2005 by the commissioner Allahabad concerned with developmental activities?
SPIO denied information and suggested to submit hard copy to concerned. Matter is concerned with village panchayat-Saraijeet Ray Urf Purebhawa, Development Block-Bahariya, District-Allahabad.
1-Provide estimates of every work of the current five-year term in Village Panchayat.

  2. Right to Information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities so that corruption may be controlled in the public offices. In order to strengthen this August act, transparency ombudsman was appointed but it seems that all the efforts of our public functionary are gone in vain.

  3. It is confirmed that Bhartiya Janata party government in the state of Uttar Pradesh has diluted the the provisions of right to information act 2005 by misusing the government machinery which has created the constitutional crisis in the state of Uttar Pradesh now a days not a single information is being provided by the public authorities under The right to information act 2005 quite obvious from their cryptic working styles as they only make useless correspondence or submit report but they never provide information to the information seeker.

  4. It is quite explicit that application submitted under right to information act 2005 was forwarded by the commissioner Allahabad to the district magistrate prayagraj but most unfortunate thing is that district magistrate prayagraj put this application into dustbin which is because of the rampant corruption in the developmental activities being carried out in district prayagraj and DM is not interested in providing information concerned with the developmental activities carried out by his subordinates.
