 The matter concerns the probationary officer Mirzapur but because of corruption concerned are procrastinating by forwarding it to one another. Now this R.T.I. communique is under the custody of probationary officer Sonebhadra. When it will reach to probationary officer Mirzapur, no one knows. How much our constitutional functionaries are competent for post, one can easily guess. These stupid fellow passed by copy now adopting same cheating in the public dealings. They can not understand the contents of the representations.
