प्रकरण का सम्बन्ध उ0प्र0 सरकार से नहीं है महोदय यह शब्द और वाक्य यह बता रहे है की उत्तर प्रदेश में कानून का राज्य नहीं है क्यों की हर नौकरशाह अपने आप की नौकर तो समझता ही नहीं है अरे आप जनता के सेवक है और सेवा के धर्म को समझिये मनमाना करने से कुछ भी हासिल नहीं The matter concerns the deep rooted corruption and joint secretary in the office of Yogi Adityanath disposing of grievance so negligently.
सोचिये एक गरीब आदमी पांच प्लाट खरीद कर एक मकान बनाएगा जो की पूर्ण रूप से अबैध और अप्राकृतिक है किन्तु लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण में व्याप्त भ्रस्टाचार से ऐसा संभव हो रहा है प्रार्धना पत्र के साथ लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण के तीन इकरार नामा लगे है जो बाबू सिंह उसकी पत्नी आराधना उर्फ गुड्डी और कनिष्क कुमार सिंह के है जिसको उपरोक्त प्राधिकरण के कर्मचारी शीतला पाल सिंह सहायक नगर अधिकारी द्वारा सम्पादित किया गया है
Whether there is honesty in the government of Uttar Pradesh?
Undoubtedly it reflects the rampant corruption in the government machinery. Most surprising is that office of the chief minister of the Government of Uttar Pradesh is also acting in the support of this act of corruption.
Everyone knows that Lucknow development authority is a bastion of corrupt people which is the root cause time and again enquiry was carried out by the governments of Uttar Pradesh by various parties only to share the black income earned by them.

    First appellate authority had given 10 days to public information officer to provide information to the information seeker but REQUEST TRANSFERRED TO OTHER PIO as on 28/01/2021. Whether he has provided information to information seeker as directed by the First Appellate Authority?

    This matter not only concerned with the deep rooted corruption but also concerned with the non compliance of the high court order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad. The matter concerns with the title dispute between Anuradha Singh and Dinesh Pratap Singh and high court of judicature at Allahabad has passed order to seek the civil remedy in the matter but it is unfortunate that no appropriate court decided the title dispute but Lucknow development authority because of corruption took under teeth the direction passed by the high court of judicature at Allahabad and provided the registry of the land to the Anuradha Singh illegally by violating the order passed by the high court of judicature.

    Here it is quite obvious that matter concerns with the irregularity committed in the Lucknow Development Authority but it is unfortunate that our accountable public functionaries in the Government of Uttar Pradesh are overlooking the matter because of deep rooted corruption in the government machinery which is a mockery of the law of land.

    Here this question arises that why concerned staff of the Lucknow development authority is procrastinating on the matter when the fact is before them and they are well apprised with the fact that irregularities have been committed by the concerned staff of the Lucknow development authority and during the registry of the land all the setup norms were floated by the concerned and even order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad was also overlooked.
