  1. Think about the gravity of situation that what information will be provided to information seeker by the public information officer in this era of corruption, if there is no fear of penal action under section 20 as commissioner of Uttar Pradesh state information commission has been made teeth less by not recovery of penalty imposed by them on the erring PIOs.

  2. Think about the gravity of situation that aur public functionaries are not serious about the lackadaisical approach of the Public Information Officers to compliance the provisions of Right to Information act 2005 which is quite obvious from their working style.

  3. Anarchy in the dealings of Uttar Pradesh state information commission is quite obvious from the fact that there is no transparency and accountability in its dealings and whatever penalties are imposed by them is not being recovered by the government but they themselves are not serious about it which means something is wrong and staff of the state information commission of Uttar Pradesh also colluded with the corrupt staff of the government.
