The matter concerns the dysfunctional website of R.T.I.online of the Government of Uttar Pradesh because of mismanagement of the concerned staffs. Which email detail is as RTI-Online onlinertihelpline.up@gov.inI made the complaint through email as provided by them on the website but it is unfortunate that they did not respond to my representation which shows that they are insensitive to the representations of the aggrieved people. If they did not send me a registration number within 48 hours, then they had to refund the R.T.I. fee deducted from my account. Whether third grade services provided by the government may be an indication of good governance but few flatterers are stumbling blocks in reaching true voice to pioneering bodies.

From this post, it is quite obvious that Right to Information Act 2005 is in dilapidated state. Most surprising is that Government itself is not interested for effective implementation of the provisions of the Act. The impotency of the R.T.I. Act is because of rampant corruption, lawlessness, chaos and anarchy. Since the beginning of rule, ongoing incumbent is only diluting the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005. It is not dilution but conspiracy to kill the Act as its life energy section 20 has been made fruitless.
ReplyDeleteHere it is obvious that information seeker has paid the fee as required under Right to Information Act 2005. If they did not process the application submitted under Right to Information Act then they should refund paid fee by the information seeker in accordance with the law of land.
ReplyDeleteHere this question arises that why government of Uttar Pradesh is not providing quality services to its citizenry. As a citizen of this country every individual has right to use the services provided by the government so he may claim if government services are not well and not reaching to him or her.
