An application under Article 32 of the constitution of India to seek justice against arbitrariness and large scale consumer rights violation by the hostgator by making a mockery of the law of land.

Whether a service provider can charge without providing any services? Undoubtedly no.But it is going on in this largest democracy in the world.
My complaint is against the anarchy of the following company pursuing unethical business practices in this largest democracy in the world.

Sir for the renewal of this hosting plan they are seeking payment of Rs.10464.24
Sir whether this renewal price is justified?
Sir they/hostgator lure the customers that they are providing 55 percent concession on the hosting but when the customer purchases hosting three add ons are added on which no concession i.e. bundle for hosting.
A new person not technically expert is misled by such corrupt practices like hosting in Rs.49 per month because if he will purchase hosting it will cost in thousands. Such practices are tantamount to cheating.
Moreover I have cancelled the services within five days while they provide a money back guarantee of 45 days.
Earlier they had promised to provide migration facility to new server but later they refused to provide it by taking recourse that migration website to new server is provided in case of migration to VPS service not sharing hosting not provided even when applicant was ready to pay charges.
Applicant had no option and finally decided to cancel the services and return back earlier purchased hosting

Here this question arises that if the newly purchased hosting and its add ons arbitrarily imposed have been cancelled, then they must provide me a refund of Rs.6000+1700 by following the R.B.I. Guidelines.
According to R.B.I. Guidelines the paid amount refunded into the same account so they may refund the amount into my account as their corrupt dealings threw their credibility to the nadir.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can anyone justify to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.

HostGator is not a thief but robber. Everyone is apprised with the function of thief and robber so no need to explain.
Sir, this anti-corruption crusader is now so frustrated that I left not only the services of HostGator but also the entire website yogi.systems.
Sir I hate corruption but I can claim most of the public functionaries in this country are corrupt. Only 5 percent or less staffs are honest.
Think about the gravity of situation that those services not used by me HostGator is charging money not of one week or month but of entire year.
When I can not seek justice for its own, then how can I will be instrumental to provide justice to weaker downtrodden section in a society where corruption is rampant in the system and innocent and gullible people are being targeted.
Even those services which were to expire, I deleted.
After all I have closed entire subscriptions. I am an unemployed but crusading against corruption by teaching tuition to the students. Now I am too much frustrated and openly claim that most public functionaries in this country are corrupt. I am ready to face the charges if I may be found wrong.
