Think about the gravity of situation that initially RTI communic was submitted before the district magistrate Mirzapur and he forwarded the matter to the the district supply officer Mirzapur he did not provide the information on the flimsy ground so appeal was made thereafter matter was forwarded to the the commissioner food and civil supplies and most surprising thing is that public information officer in the office of commissioner itself not replying the RTI communic which is a mockery of the provisions of the right to information act 2005.
