Sir/Madam,
Today I am trying to make changes in the name of family head in the PDS card no 29G0195476. Family head name is correct in english cinatayi and it is wrong in tamil pichammal sankarakonar. When I have uploaded the Aadhar document for changes but the website is not taking it. Finally failed with the correction. I do these things freely.

As I don't have a commercial EB connection to run my services I am providing internet services at free of cost to the village people. But the government websites of state and central government departments are providing non sense services to the people when I tried to help the village people of pattarpuram.
For example I corrected the names in ration card or TNPDS card yesterday and submitted them online for the need of a duplicate card. After submission there was no reference number or acknowledgement number to claim the duplicate card from the authority. Attached for your reference and it says it says it is successful with the changes I have done.
Likewise I tried with PMAY scheme, epan card and aadhar card changes for the village people but the OTP is not received in their mobile numbers to make changes in their names, address, date of birth and etc.,Central government is also doing these nonsense services to the people and people are being denied to the government benefits.
I request you to verify all the records of MNRE, SHG, Rural development works and the expenses properly whether they are reaching the needy or the influence with government authority, rih fellows and politicians are enjoying it in the name of poor people welfare funds.

Sir/Madam,
I have satisfied the requirements of commercial land line connection for internet services and FAX services to the village people by providing PAN card copy for ID proof and Registration certificate copy for Address proof mentioned in the BSNL website. I have filled an online application of 15GB plan with the selected 04637-287221 number with the receipt number LD12803505. CAF no. 

Now the existing connection is available in Mr. Muthiah Thevar, former Village assistant of pattarpuram village and disconnected recently. But the BSNL office is saying the connections are disconnected due cable damage. Already this village has poor internet connectivity with private firms and now BSNL completely disconnected landline connections. For any urgency people can use a FAX machine even without the internet facility.
I have bought a Fax machine for a village but it is not useful now. Require actions on my issue.
VAO offices shifted, bus services reduced, no medical emergency facility, no bank facility, no drinking water connections and so on.

  1. These services are not running well because these websites are never updated. Undoubtedly government staffs are drawing huge salary but not devoted to the service and those devoted to the services and competent for the post are expelled from the service on the flimsy ground.
