Google ads staff wanted to refund the requested amount to my S.B.I. Account but not succeeded

For several months, The State Bank of India was playing a game with the debit cards as they were not sending one-time password but now they are not sending the one time password to authenticate the transaction in the internet banking also which is an offence and it is the need of the hour that the concerned accountable public functionaries may take action against the wrongdoers of the State Bank of India who is monitoring the redress of the grievances on the public grievance portal of the government of India. How can it be justified that they are impeding the services which are being provided by the state bank of India to the applicant? Earlier they were not sending the one time password for the transactions made by debit cards but now they are behaving in the same manner in the case of transactions made through internet banking. They have closed every service of the bank available in the account of the aggrieved applicant. Moreover, some thing is wrong with my account quite obvious from the following email of google ads.

The mismanagement in the working of State Bank of India is sole responsible for the troublesome to the customers and most surprising thing is that complaints are not redressed even after repeated representations before the accountable public functionaries of the Government of India which was a mockery of the law of land.
