It was the obligation of the department of post to ensure the delivery of the registered post properly, then they had to update the website in a transparent and accountable manner. Department of post remained failed on both the fronts.
Undoubtedly concerned staff prepared a connected story and because of corruption, all will accept it. As far as the applicant concerns, she will make efforts to expose corrupt dealings as common people are facing in this anarchy and mismanagement.

Moreover, Shri Prakash singh mobile no -8965913777is not the son of Moradhwaj Singh and they do not know about this imagination of the department of post.
You are following the address on the receipt. Actually the name of the addressee was incorrect on the receipt provided by the Sangmohal post office but concerned staff assured that they will deliver it according to the address on the envelope. But surprisingly, you have created the person of incorrect name and his anonymous son. Think about the incredibility of dealings of the staff concerned.

In this regard in response to your e mail you were intimated that the said article no RU69377433IN was delivered to Sri Prakash singh s/o Sri Moradhwaj Singh at post Beeda as per the address the addressee was mentioned in the envelop it was also confirm by the recipient that he has received the article on 03-08-20 which was in the name of his father Sri Moradhwaj Singh In case you are still not satisfied regarding delivery of article you are requested to produce you compensation claim at booking office with original booking receipt so that the admissible compensation can be paid to you as per rule

सोचिये जान बूझ कर पंजीकृत पोस्ट की डिलीवरी नहीं किये अब जवाब के नाम पर एक काल्पनिक कहानी प्रस्तुत कर दिए जिसमे जिस लड़के के नाम का जिक्र किया गया है उसका अस्तित्व ही नही है अब जब की कार्यवाही की बात हो रही है वे इतने ईमानदार है की क्षति पूर्ति की बात कर रहे है सोचिये तुम पत्र डिलीवरी नहीं किये फेक दिए कही दर्जनों पत्रों के उपरांत भी कार्यवाही नहीं अब आप कह रहे है की मै अर्थात एक महिला क्षति पूर्ति के लिए दावा करे अर्थात किसी भी गैर जिम्मेदार स्टाफ के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही नहीं करते यहां तो जिम्मेदारी तय करने में कोई समय नहीं लगेगा जहा पत्र की डिलीवरी दिखा रहे है ऐसा कोई व्यक्ति हो गा ही नहीं पत्र को लापरवाही से हैंडल करना पोस्टल विभाग के कार्यशैली का हिंसा बन चुका है अक्सर राखी के साथ लोग पैसा भी मिठाई इत्यादि के लिए भेजते है उसी लालच बश ये लोग पत्र के साथ क्षेणखनी करते है जो की न हीं सिर्फ गोपनीयता का उल्लंघन है वल्कि दायित्वों के प्रति लापरवाही भी है सरकार में व्याप्त भ्र्ष्टाचार ही इसका मुख्य कारण है क्या कर सकता है कोई उन्हें जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित ही नहीं करना है

Whatever comments you make, it is your responsibility to use facts. You may not make unwanted imputations against any body which may be baseless otherwise commentator itself will be responsible for the derogatory remarks made against any body proved to be false at any appropriate forum.

Think about the gravity of situation that speed registered post did not reach to the address of the addressee but it is unfortunate that accountable public functionaries of the department of post is not taking action against the wrongdoer staff of the department of post accountable for the non delivery of the speed registered post.
