Current Status Under process Date of Action 06/08/2020 Remarks Grievance received by Subordinate Organization from Web API Sir today is 10 Sept 2020 which means one month five days passed but still no decision taken by the concerned on the matter. Respected Sir, you are also silent on the issue which means concerned are procrastinating on the matter in caucus with the monitoring bodies. How can accountable public functionaries be mute spectators of open loot of money minting institutions in the state of Uttar Pradesh whose chief minister claims to provide transparent, honest and accountable governance before the media but the actual fact is that public is crying because of rampant corruption where open loot of guardians by money minting institutions is allowed by the government functionaries.

  2. Here it is quite obvious that public information officer denied the information to the information seeker on the flimsy ground that whatever information information seeker is seeking that is implicit.Think about the gravity of situation that matter concerns the deep rooted corruption as government of Uttar Pradesh has sold the public land to a money minting institution and that money minting institution is charging huge admission fee that is 30,000 from the students which is causing heavy burden to the guardians.

  3. Sir Right to Information act 2005 was brought up by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities. Whether in this way Government will ensure the transparency and accountability If the matter concerns the deep rooted corruption concerned accountable public functionaries will overlook as quite obvious that in this matter priceless land of the municipality Mirzapur city was sold by the government of Uttar Pradesh to a money minting institution.

  4. If the government of yogi is honest then they must reveal the transaction made between the money minting institution and the government but they are running away this implies that something is wrong in the dealing and what surprising is that earlier installed government in the state by Akhilesh Yadav banned the extension of the lease of the land. Why did Yogi government in the state provided the lease of next thirty years to the money minting institution.

  5. If they are honest they must provide the information to the information seeker so that public may have faith in the government machinery otherwise there is complete lawlessness and anarchy in the government machinery.
