  1. Sir every one knows that stipulated time to provide information under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005 is 30 days. Now ipso facto they overlooked it deliberately so action must be taken against the wrongdoer staff. Sir Law is not made to break but to comply. The matter concerns the deep rooted corruption which can not be overlooked arbitrarily as being done by the concerned. Undoubtedly they have violated the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005. Such mockery of the law of land can never be overlooked.

  2. Undoubtedly the situation is grave and reflect the the complete anarchy and lawlessness in the government machinery and they are not providing information under right to information act because they have blessings of the government as what ever penalty is imposed by the Uttar Pradesh state information commission is not recovered by the government of Uttar Pradesh which is the root cause of this anarchy.
